The MAC 10 was the market’s first fan-powered HEPA filter unit, originally designed for the U.S. government and later adopted commercially in the early 1980s. Recognized for its ultra-quiet operation, it features a patented VE5 air baffle and forward-curved blower wheel. The MAC 10 is available in multiple sizes (2×4, 2×3, 2×2, and 2×3.5 for sprinkler clearance), and comes standard with a 3-speed motor for flexible installation. A variety of options are also available, making it a versatile, energy-efficient solution for cleanroom applications.

Description

The MAC 10 was the first Fan Powered Hepa Filter (FFU) on the market and was originally designed by the US government and when it became available was taken into the commercial market in the early 80’s. With the combination of its patented VE5 air baffle and the forward curved Blower wheel the MAC 10 is the quietest unit on the market today. It is available 2×4, 2×3 and 2×2 (2×3.5 also available, allowing for a 6 blank section for sprinkler heads when needed). The MAC 10 comes std. with a 3 speed motor (115, 220/240 and 277v) but is also with available with a long list of options.
